SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please allow us up to 2 Weeks to customize, complete and deliver your order to you. We understand that you would prefer to have your order with you at the earliest. We want you to receive and start enjoying your jewelry order fast.
We ship all orders either via Fedex or USPS (postal Service) in USA, and via Fedex or Canada Post in Canada. All orders come with tracking number, and once your order is shipped, we will email or text you, with your order tracking information
Once the order is shipped, please allow between 1 to 4 business days for the order to be delivered to you. If you are in a rush, and need the order for a special occasion, before a specific date, please contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to make it possible
All orders are shipping with full insurance and tracking number. Once the order is shipped, we will update you with tracking number for the package. Please note that it might take few hours for the tracking numbers to work in the shipping company website. All jewelry orders shipped come with full insurance. In a rare case if anything happens to your package, your purchase is completely safe as it is insured.
Please note that orders shipped via Fedex will require a signature on delivery. If you are not present to sign for the package at the time of delivery, fedex will leave you a delivery notice and you can contact Fedex to rearrange a delivery time. Orders via USPS (postal service) or via CanadaPost, may or may not be shipped with a signature confirmation requirement. If you have any specific needs about your order, please contact us via email and we will do the same.
30 Days FULL REFUND POLICY
Your order comes with 30 days full refund policy at Radhes.co.uk. Once you receive the order and if you are not happy with it, for any reason, please just contact our friendly customer service team via email with your order number and just let us know that you want to return the order back.
We will get in touch with you very shortly with Return Authorization Number and that is it. Please ship the order back to us and we will process your full refund within 2 business days, of us receiving the order back.
The money is refunded the same way it is paid for. Therefore if you paid via credit card, then it will go back to the same credit card. If you paid via paypal, then it will go back to you via paypal. Please note that we cannot change the way the money is refunded back. It will essentially be reversed back, therefore go back to you the same way, the order was paid for. This cannot be changed
We pride ourselves in hand making a perfect Jewelry piece for you. In the very rare situation if you receive a damaged or wrong product, please just contact us via email and kindly let us know, if you would prefer to get the correct order, or return the order back for full refund, and we will do the same
Once the refund is processed back to you, we will send you an email confirmation for the same. Please note that for credit card transactions it will take between 2 to 4 business days for the money to be back in your account. For paypal transactions, the refund is instant.
We are not happy until you are. We hope that you will be satisfied with your order once you receive it. However we do understand that many times it is not easy making a Jewelry purchase by only looking at Jewelry pictures. That is we our refund policy is “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” for FULL Refund for 30 days, starting the day the order is delivered to you
LAYAWAY INFORMATION
Layaway is a flexible payment method to make your engagement ring purchase. You will start with a partial down payment of 10% of your purchase price. When you are looking at any engagement ring or wedding ring set listing on our website, and if you see “Layaway Payment” button on the page, then it means that this engagement ring or wedding ring set is eligible for a layaway purchase
The minimum layaway down payment is 10% of the purchase price. So for example if a morganite wedding set is on sale for $400, then you can enroll in the layaway plan for the same with 10% down payment, which in this case will be $40. Or for another example, if a moissanite engagement ring is on sale for $500, then you can enroll in the layaway plan with 10% down payment of $50 only .
This is very simple. When you are looking at any engagement ring or wedding ring set or other jewelry like bracelet listing on our website, and if you like any design, please simply click on that design to go to its product detail page. Here you will see 2 different payment options, One is for full payment, and the 2nd payment option will be for layaway purchase. Please click on layaway purchase, and you will be taken to checkout page, where you will only pay 10% of the purchase price.
There is no extra cost to enroll in layaway. You will pay the same exact purchase price as the full price shown for the engagement ring or wedding set. So for example if moissanite ring is on sale for $500, and you enroll in layaway with a 10% down payment of $50, then your purchase purchase price remains $500, and there is no extra cost. After you make your first 10% down payment, your remaining balance will be 90% of purchase price, which in this case will be $450. So there is no interest or any other types of cost to enroll in layaway.
Once you make the first 10% layaway down payment for your engagement ring purchase online, you will be sent a order confirmation number right away. To make any future payments on your engagement ring layaway order, please just send us an email with your order number and the amount you wish to to pay, to our email address, info@radhes.com and we will process the same and update your order history.
Please note that your order is shipped once your layaway order is paid in full. Please note that we will not ship your order after the first 10% down payment. Once we receive your initial layaway down payment, we will make your order, and keep it in reserve with us. Once you have paid off your layaway, we will ship your order to you within 2 business days
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Your order comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty covers breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or craft. We will repair, or at our option, replace any defective Radhes jewelry piece. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss or theft of your Radhes jewel(s).
We make all our jewelry with great care and love. You should in normal course of wear, not face any problems with your jewelry. In the rare situation, if you have any problems, you can definitely repair your jewelry locally, however please note that it will void the warranty, as we cannot vouch for repair work done by outside jewelers
If your purchased a Radhes.co.uk jewelry piece from an authorize jewelry retailer, please contact your retailer directly for repairs. The repair work done by your authorized retailer is always covered under our warranty coverage
Please note that our warranty is not an insurance policy. In case your jewelry is lost, please contact your insurance company, if you have the jewelry insured. The warranty does not cover any jewelry loss
